F-Up Night is back in Kigali, bringing entrepreneurs, creatives, and investors together for an evening of movement, honest conversations, networking, and lessons learned from failure.
This edition introduces a different way to kick off the gathering. In partnership with Vision Running Club and Ride For Unity (RFU), participants will begin with a run before sitting down to share experiences, discuss mistakes, and reflect on the lessons that come from plans that do not work out as expected.
The event creates space for people to speak openly about setbacks, questionable decisions, and the experiences that have helped them grow. Rather than celebrating perfection, F-Up Night encourages honest conversations about failure and the value of learning from it.
A community run: Start the evening with an hour of running to clear your head and connect with other participants.
Honest conversations: Discuss mistakes, setbacks, and experiences that did not go according to plan.
Lessons from failure: Hear reflections on the decisions people made and what they learned afterward.
Networking: Meet entrepreneurs, creatives, investors, and other members of the Kigali community.
A welcoming atmosphere: Participate whether you are an experienced runner or someone who rarely runs.
F-Up Night is suitable for entrepreneurs, startup founders, creatives, investors, and people interested in entrepreneurship, personal growth, and community building. You do not need to be a runner to participate, and the run is not intended to be a race. People of different running abilities are welcome.
