The disruption also impacted business services, with users reporting intermittent issues accessing PayPal, Uber Eats, and design platform Canva. Even Downdetector itself, which relies on Cloudflare's infrastructure, experienced difficulties tracking the very outage it was meant to monitor.

Several online services experienced outages linked directly to technical issues within Cloudflare's network. The company provides critical technologies that shield websites from cyberattacks and maintain performance during traffic surges.
