Launched in 2025, the 1 Million Coders initiative provides free online courses in coding, AI, and cybersecurity, targeting youth unemployment with 100,000 enrollments in its first year.

Partnered with Google and local universties and companies, it includes mentorship and job placement.

This scales Rwanda's talent pool, turning coders into creators for a knowledge-driven economy.
