AmaliTech Opens Applications for July 2026 Apprenticeship in Rwanda

As of April 2026, the AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme for the July 2026 intake in Rwanda is still actively recruiting and accepting applications.

Breaking into the tech industry can be challenging without hands-on experience or the right opportunities. AmaliTech, a global tech training initiative, is offering Rwandan talents a direct pathway into software engineering and data careers through its July 2026 Apprenticeship Programme.

Practical Learning for Real-World Skills

The six-month, full-time program focuses on project-based learning rather than theory. Participants will:

  • Work on real-world tech projects

  • Learn modern tools and technologies used in global companies

  • Receive mentorship from experienced engineers

  • Gain exposure to international engineering standards

This approach is designed to prepare apprentices for professional tech roles both locally and internationally.

Available Learning Tracks

Applicants can specialize in high-demand areas, including:

  • Data Engineering

  • Python Backend & AI App Development

  • Java Backend Development

  • JavaScript Full Stack Development

  • Quality Assurance (QA)

  • DevOps

These tracks reflect global trends in software development, AI, and cloud technologies.

Who Can Apply

The program targets early-career talent and recent graduates. Eligible candidates should:

  • Be based in Rwanda (or willing to relocate)

  • Be final-year students or recent graduates in tech-related fields

  • Have at least six months of practical programming experience

  • Commit full-time for six months

Beyond technical skills, AmaliTech seeks candidates with problem-solving ability, a growth mindset, and teamwork skills.
