This is an app/extension/device or anything else that would replace interpreters or assist them. I call my friend, speak in English, he speaks in Mandarin from another end, and I can hear him in English, and he hears me in Mandarin without any third party and in real time. Same to big meetings, have audio enter the devices, and for the output, everyone hears the language they want.
