World's Largest Fixathon - Kigali

On December 2, 2025, Norrsken House Kigali will host the world’s largest Fixathon — a global prompt engineering hackathon bringing together hundreds of problem solvers, innovators, and creators united by one mission: to prompt what truly matters.

This Fixathon is part of a global movement spanning Stockholm, Barcelona, and Brussels, inviting founders, engineers, designers, and AI enthusiasts to tackle the most urgent challenges of our time. From climate and health to food systems and society, this event empowers participants to use AI as a force for meaningful impact.

We are living through one of the most transformative eras since the Industrial Revolution — an era powered not by steam, but by intelligence. The Fixathon challenges participants to push AI beyond trivial use cases and toward solutions with real, lasting value.

Who Should Join?

This is a call to problem engineers; individuals who want to build, experiment, and create AI-driven solutions for humanity’s greatest challenges. Whether you are joining as a full team or participating solo, the Fixathon will match you with collaborators, mentors, and global talent.

Team Requirements

• A team must consist of 3 people.
• Each team member must sign up individually.
• Only one member needs to complete the motivation and team name section of the form.
• If you join as a team of two, organizers will help match you with a third teammate.
