Great companies are built on more than good ideas and a lot of funding. They’re built on trust and shared conviction between founders and investors. We’ll explore what makes that partnership work from day one, how to choose each other wisely, navigate tension when visions diverge, and build the kind of relationship that can handle pivots, pressure, and rapid growth. Expect candid insights on what true alignment looks like in Africa’s fast-moving startup landscape and why getting this fit right can make or break the journey from seed.
