IoT & Robotics Rwanda: Emerging Technology Day 2026

Join IoT & Robotics Rwanda for our first sponsored community event, bringing together students, developers, engineers, innovators, technology enthusiasts, and aspiring builders to explore the growing opportunities in Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics, Embedded Systems, Electronics, and emerging technologies in Rwanda.

The event is designed to introduce participants to these technologies through practical discussions, demonstrations, networking, and interaction with people who are actively building and exploring technology solutions.

What to Expect

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Discover IoT, robotics, embedded systems, and related emerging technologies.

• Learn how these technologies can be applied to solve real-world problems in Rwanda.

• Meet and connect with developers, engineers, students, innovators, and technology enthusiasts.

• Explore opportunities to participate in the IoT & Robotics Rwanda community.

• See prototypes and innovative technology projects being developed by local innovators.

• Exchange ideas and discover opportunities for collaboration.

Prototype Innovation Challenge

Do you already have a working prototype or technology project?

Selected innovators will have an opportunity to present and demonstrate their prototypes during the event.

The challenge is designed to identify promising solutions and connect innovators with potential support, funding, and investment opportunities.

If you have been building something in IoT, robotics, embedded systems, electronics, automation, AI-integrated hardware, or a related technology field, this is your opportunity to demonstrate what you have created.

Who Should Attend?

This event is open to anyone interested in technology, including students, developers, engineers, makers, researchers, entrepreneurs, innovators, and people who simply want to understand what IoT and robotics can make possible.

You do not need previous IoT or robotics experience to participate.

Whether you are coming to learn, meet other builders, demonstrate a prototype, or discover opportunities, you are welcome.
