About This Event
Digital Transformation Week Rwanda 2025 (DTW 2025) is a national flagship event taking place from December 15 to 19, 2025. The week will bring together more than 10,000 participants, including tech entrepreneurs, regulators, development partners, startups, tech companies, innovators, and citizens across Rwanda.
DTW 2025 will be hosted in Kigali and multiple districts such as Muhanga, Huye, Rusizi, Rubavu, and Nyagatare. Activities will include conferences, workshops, webinars, hands-on training, innovation tours, and ecosystem meetups designed to help organizations and individuals understand, adapt to, and fully leverage digital transformation.
The event theme, Inclusive Digital Transformation for a Sustainable Digital Economy, aligns with the Rwanda ICT Sector NST2 (2025–2029) priorities. It focuses on strengthening digital skills, expanding access to emerging technologies, promoting digital inclusion, and shaping a future driven by innovation and sustainability.
Building on the progress of DTW 2024, this edition will deepen collaboration across stakeholders, expand opportunities for startups and tech firms, and strengthen Rwanda’s position as a leading regional tech hub. The week will culminate with the Digital Business Summit, Awards, and Gala, honoring top innovators and digital businesses contributing to the country’s digital economy.
