Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven experience in designing and producing a wide range of marketing materials, including white papers, brochures, infographics, web pages, newsletters, and event branding. The selected candidate will work under the Head of Brand and Digital to deliver impactful designs that support brand growth and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Take design concepts and adapt them to multiple formats and channels, maintaining consistency and quality.
Translate design briefs into high-quality marketing materials aligned with brand identity.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill design needs and marketing goals.
Oversee creative delivery of marketing communications and uphold brand integrity.
Manage corporate visual standards across campaigns, events, and digital assets.
Recommend innovative creative concepts, designs, and production methods.
Create reusable design templates for marketing teams in Canva.
Design and prototype responsive websites and mobile pages using Figma.
Translate user needs into clean, intuitive, and visually compelling interfaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional design experience in a dynamic company or creative agency.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative standards and meeting tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
Expertise in Figma for designing and prototyping responsive interfaces.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing design handoffs.
Professional fluency in English—both written and spoken.
