Rwanda Energy Group (REG) is a state-owned holding company in Rwanda responsible for developing, maintaining, and operating the country's energy infrastructure. It operates through two subsidiaries: the Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL), which handles daily utility operations like maintenance and distribution, and the Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL), which manages the development of new energy projects.
