HerInTech is a Rwanda-based non-profit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in the technology sector by empowering women and young girls with digital skills. Headquartered in Kigali, the initiative primarily targets high school students, providing them with hands-on coding bootcamps—such as their Techers Summer Camp—alongside mentorship, career guidance, and networking opportunities. By fostering 21st-century employable skills, HerInTech aims to inspire the next generation of female tech leaders and help them achieve economic self-reliance.
