It focuses on AI, machine learning, and data governance to shape technology governance frameworks and drive innovation for social and economic benefit. C4IR Rwanda co-designs and implements policy and governance protocols to maximize the benefits and minimize the risks of advanced technologies, such as in AI-driven healthcare and precision agriculture.
